Clock-ins
RFID tablet punches with photo audit and on-device face review scores (not authentication). Use 13.56 MHz NFC key fobs (ISO14443A / MIFARE Classic)—not 125 kHz EM4100 tags. Admins and managers can view the log; only admins manage devices and approve face photos. Missed clock-in email/push only applies to employees who have an RFID card assigned, and only when that office’s tablet is online.

Tablet devices
Each office tablet gets one device token. Copy the token or show the QR when created — it is shown only once. Scan the QR with the Android kiosk app. Compatible staff tags: 13.56 MHz NFC (ISO14443A).
